The NAEC has its own in house Catering team led by Jacqueline Brown, Catering Operations Manager, along with the Head Chef, Jody Marsden. Their teams pride themselves on serving high quality, locally produced food. Our in-house team have vast experience in serving high-volume public catering as well as a fine dining experience for numbers of up to 1,000 plus.
