When it comes to conference and meeting space, we’ve got it sorted. With over 20,000 sqm of space, split across 3 halls and our Warwick Conference Centre, we can cater for meetings from as small as 10 delegates to conferences for up to 5,000.
Our purpose-built Warwick Conference Centre has over 2,000 sqm along with plenty of break out areas and its own café.
Last year we saw an increase of 81% in the number of conferences hosted for over 250 delegates with more and more organsiers taking advantage of our facilities.
Our location is key to this success, 98 per cent of the UK’s population is within a travel time of just four hours. We have great transport links - served by both the M6 and M40 motorway, 5 miles from Warwick Parkway and Coventry train stations and just over 1-hour travel time from London Euston – we are easy for delegates to get to.
Stoneleigh Park Lodge offers onsite accommodation with 57 rooms available. For larger conferences we have set up preferred rates with 13 hotels within 10 miles to offer upto 1,000 additional rooms.
What makes us unique is our combination of indoor and outdoor space, a private road network, camp sites and a 4 x 4 off road track – allowing organisers the opportunity to run conferences both indoor and outdoor or a mixture of both.
