Flexible and versatile spaces

Over 240 events take advantage of our flexible conference venue and meeting room hire facilities every year. While no two events are ever identical, each and every one is supported by our knowledgeable events team to ensure it leaves a big impression, regardless of how much or little hire space you require. In recent years, we’ve diversified in terms of the types of events we host here at NAEC Stoneleigh. We’ve shifted from horse power to horsepower, for a start. The automotive sector is now responsible for around a quarter of the bookings made with us, making it the single biggest industry contributor to our current portfolio.

 

This shouldn’t really come as a big surprise. Our combination of substantial indoor space, outdoor space and our 4x4 driving track makes Stoneleigh an ideal pick for everything from launch events and trade shows to driving days and auctions.

Aston Martin, Honda, Vauxhall, Tata and Kawasaki are just some of the big-name brands to have used our facilities recently. We’ve also played host to shows focusing on dirt bikes, kit cars and 4x4s.

Despite the Royal Show no longer being here, we have nevertheless retained strong links to the agricultural sector. With over forty bookings in the past two years, including a number of equine events, it still represents an important part of our overall portfolio. There’s huge variety here too, with traditional livestock and dog shows appearing alongside dressage, show-jumping and even a few alpacas (not in the dressage or show-jumping, let’s be clear!).

There are a host of benefits for using us for your smaller events too. For starters, we offer exceptional value for money. Then, there’s the fact we have purpose-built conference and meeting suites to choose from. Of course there’s also our convenient location in the heart of the UK,  and in-house catering.

So, as you can see, at NAEC Stoneleigh, we really aren’t just about tractors and livestock any more. But you’d probably already gathered that by now.
